Crazysocks4docs Day is held every year on the first Friday of June. This day is our flagship event, and is all about raising awareness of the mental health of all doctors and health practitioners around the world, and driving positive change via action!

No matter who you are, anyone can get involved and enjoy the day. The aims of the day are all about normalizing the conversation around mental health and creating a safe place to do it.
