Jonboy Caramels is an artisan confectionery company located in the historical Ballard neighborhood of Seattle, WA. In 2009, owners Jason Alm and Jon Sue set on a mission to create unforgettable small batch caramels using the finest Northwest and organic ingredients available.
Every batch of our caramel is handmade using local cream and butter, organic cane sugar, and organic brown rice syrup (no corn syrup!). Seasonal flavors are crafted using Northwest ingredients such as raspberry and blackberry juices from local berry farms (Balsamic Berry Caramels) and Pacifique Absinthe (Absinthe with Black Salt Caramels). Each flavor comes together in a soft and buttery, mouthwatering delight.
